Here at TMT, only industry accepted guidelines and processes are used during the design phase. This includes both Australian and International standards.

One great example of a product designed and manufactured in-hours is TMT’s Marine Growth Covers (MGCs).

A simple concept, but are very effective, they fit into or onto receptacles on subsea structures to protect the surfaces with which subsea tools interface. The covers inhibit the build-up of marine growth as they limit the flow of sea water into the receptacle. In addition sacrificial copper inhibits corrosion and biofouling. The net result is reduced vessel time required to clean the receptacles before tooling can be applied. So these small, inexpensive items can save a significant amount of time and money offshore.
