TMT 155mm Wire Rope Cutter
The 155mm Wire Rope Cutter is designed to cut umbilical cables and hoses and will cut up to 155mm diameter.

It may be used on alternative materials, such as electrical power or communication cables, up to a maximum of 155mm diameter. The Wire Rope Cutter is normally lowered from the surface by a crane then positioned and operated by an ROV using a 4 Port Hot Stab.
The body of the cutter is of Steel plate construction and is electroless Nickel plated. The tool is designed with a purpose build protection frame and manipulator handle that allows for the cutter to be precisely positioned.
A 4 Port Hot Stab provides the pressurised hydraulic fluid for operation. An integrated interlock ensures the blade cannot activate until the anvil is fully deployed.
