The TMT Hot Stab Manifold has been designed for pressure testing subsea equipment with a water-glycol mix.

It can control two 2 port hot stabs independently. The manifold uses Directional Control Valves (DCV) to direct the fluid to the required hot stab port.
When the required pressure is achieved in the respective port, Pilot Operated Check (POC) valves hold the pressure, allowing the pressure test to be carried out. A pre-set pressure can be set topside and selected subsea, via a pilot signal.
This pressure can be between 150 and 4500psi (7-310bar). The relief valve in this manifold is set at 5500psi (379bar).
