The Surface Manual Torque Tool is a cost-effective solution when functioning Class 1 to 4 valves on the surface without the need to hire a full Class 1 to 4 torque tool system.

The Surface Manual Torque Tool incorporates a Class 1 to 4 nose cone and 25:1 gearbox. A calibrated surface torque wrench is set at the desired torque and used to rotate the drive mechanism. For example, 50 Nm on the handheld torque wrench would apply 1,250 Nm to the valve.
A seperately supplied Surface Torque Verification unit can be supplied to verify output torque.
