The Shaft Retrieval Tool is loaded into the TMT Type A Puller. The hydraulically operated collet clamps on the linear valve shaft and the Type A Puller is hydraulically operated to close the valve.
The SRT is designed to grip circular tubing ranging from ∅6mm to ∅36mm, depending on the size of the collet fitted.
The SRT can fit inside a receptacle of 78mm ID with a depth of up to 100mm.
