Pressure & Flow Test/Logging System

The subsea pressure and flow testing/logging system is a field-proven system that allows quick, safe and easy connection of NATA-calibrated pressure transmitters and calibrated digital and analog flow meters to client-specified subsea test systems.

Features

Configurable based on agreed schematic
Easy to set up and install on host ROV
Generate project-specific reports
Flow rate options (0.05 L/min – 75 L/min)

The oil-filled IOX Junction Box provides the ‘smarts’ and allows connection of up to four pressure and flow sensor inputs, either digital or 4 – 20 mA analog. Data is transmitted via cable to the host ROV, which then sends data to be displayed on the surface laptop. The surface laptop has TMT temperature, flow and pressure logging software displayed via a user-friendly GUI.

Can be connected with backpack skids, Dynaset or miniBOOSTER pumps; Keller pressure transmitters, digital flow meters, block and bleed panels. The software allows simple control such as:
• Monitor & log temperatures, pressures and flows, and output to reports with project/client-specific logos
• Zero the pressure/flow readings at depth, log the volume pumped, compare volume pumped and returned, totalise volumes
• Fluid temperature displays from both Keller PT and from IOX temperature sensors
• Actuate block & bleed valves

Data communications protocol: RS 485
Weight in Air: 5 kg
Weight in Seawater: 3.2 kg
Pressure Rating: 1,000 Bar
Flow Rate Options: 0.05 L/min – 25 L/min
