Hydraulic latches secure the torque tool to the FLOT cradle, which can be supplied with adapters to suit various torque tools. The FLOT can be mounted on compliant mounts and a rail system to optimise overhang.
Together with the FLOT, the compact 5‑Function Manifold (NSS‑666) and the MT Electric Smart Torque Tool (NSS‑664) form an integrated tooling suite for torquing operations (NSS‑667), all managed through industry‑leading unified software.
Only 3 hydraulic hoses and one cable are required for ROV connection.
The optional Datalync suite (NSS-648) makes planning, executing and logging torquing operations safer than ever.
