Torque tools typically rely on Work Class ROVs equipped with manipulators. The ESTT Skid extends this capability to Observation Class ROVs, allowing them to perform Class 1-4 valve operations during inspection missions and reducing both deployment needs and overall time on site. The ESTT Skid design can be adapted to most types of Observation Class ROVs.
