DigiTRON Stub Jacking Tool – DJT-ST

The DigiTRON Stub Jacking Tool (DJT-ST) is designed to remove damaged ROV connectors (DigiTRon series 10 and 20) using a hydraulic jack to dislodge the damaged connector stubs.

Features

Suits Siemens DigiTRON connectors
ROV deployable
Dual acting hydraulic cylinder

The DJT-ST is one in a series of DigiTRON tools:
• Intact Jacking Tool (DJT-IT, NSS-401) for healthy connectors
• Collet Jacking Tool (DJT-CT, NSS-402) for damaged connectors
• Override Jacking Tool (DJT-OV, NSS-404)
• Pigtail Cutting Tool (DPCT, NSS-405)
• Gel Caps (DGC, NSS-407)

Pigtails or potting can be removed by the Pigtail Cutting Tool (DPCT) prior to deploying either the Stub or Collet Jacking Tools (DJT-ST or DJT-CT). If attempts to remove the
connectors fail, their open ends can be sealed from further water ingress by installing Gel Caps (DGC).

Connectors can be cleaned by DigiTRON Acid Injection Tools (DAIT, NSS-466) prior to any removal attempt.
