The API Class 17D to 17H straight adaptor enables the use of an API Class 17D (ISO 13628-8 Class 1-4) torque tool in an API Class 17H high torque (ISO 13628-8 Fig 14) receptacle.

The tool provides a straight-through drive size adaptation, without significantly affecting the torque output.
The adaptor allows one Torque Tool to be used with two separate output interfaces. When coupled with a TMT Smart Torque Tool Mk2 or Electric Torque Tool, great accuracy and control is achieved.
The torque tool latches into the API Class 17D bucket interface to prevent slipping.
