6” Dredging Skid

The 6” dredging skid is a compact, subsea deployable dredging system for ROV use.

Features

On-the-fly suction adjustment to optimize dredging at different depths and flow rates
On-board storage for up to 10 m of hose (suction, discharge & jetting)
Integrated dredging and jetting head with dual control valves
Optional ROV connectable slip on flanges for longer hoses
Dual 6”, 30 kW pumping units
Crane deployed

Powered via a hydraulic downline, the system uses a powerful dual pump configuration to provide dredging and jetting from a single tool head. The jetting pump can be routed into the dredging unit via a remote valve on the tool head to maximise suction and throughput.

An integral reversing valve on the dredging pump allows the operator to reverse flow on the suction hose to clear obstructions, also operated via a remote valve on the tool head.

Designed in accordance with DNV-STE273.
