StingJet is a unidirectional waterjet blast rig, designed for use in harsh tank environments. Designed specifically for operation by top mounting within tanks up to 8m diameter with a two piece folding blast arm arrangement.

TMT’s advanced sensor suite provides tank 3D surface data to a digital simulated environment which provides a realistic 3D representation of the tank environment and live rig position. This 3D digital environment drives the automated rig blast programs through the use of reverse kinematics motion control software. The outcome is an automation suite that provides accurate, fast and efficient control, even where there is zero visibility within the tank.
