Originally designed to clean flash tank vapour headers at alumina refineries, the system is customisable for the cleaning of voids, pipe and valves on a range of sites including lime and cement production plants, power plants and carbon activation production plants.

The units are typically fitted on an angled entry branch pipe flange, the system uses a series of isolation knife valves and shaft seals to allow a hydro-jetting lance to be driven into the pressurised process void to allow the high pressure waterjetting to clean the area. Hydraulic actuation of the lance can be undertaken via manual hydraulic controls or by an automatic controller.

With options for rotating, cone or jet waterjet heads, TMT online cleaners can be configured to target particular areas of the process or clean entire voids. TMT offer models capable of handling waterjet flow of up to 1000L/min at 2000bar (typically 500L/min at 1500bar), the systems provide a powerful and reliable cleaning solution for sites.

With a unique multi-stage seal design, the system can be operated safety in high temperature, harsh environments where high volumes of pressurised steam will be present during the cleaning process.
