CobraJet is a high pressure unidirectional water jetting rig, designed for use in harsh tank environments. CobraJet comprises three folding legs for support against the tank sides and centre post (if applicable). Designed to fit through a narrow personnel access or equipment portals, CobraJet is able to access a variety of tank configurations. The rig features a highly manoeuvrable multi-element arm with a “cobra-like” waterjet head. With rig model options that can also accommodate jackhammer heads, CobraJet is ideal for the rapid, safe and efficiency removal of scale, debris and other hard to remove substances from tanks and vessels.

Suitable for use on sites such as alumina refineries, minerals processing plants, oil, gas and chemical plants and other facilities with stubborn deposit cleaning within tanks, CobraJet leads the industry with its advanced automation technologies. TMT’s advanced sensor suite scans and generates a digital 3D simulated environment containing tank surface data and a live rendering of the blast rig. The 3D simulated environment thyen utilises reverse kinematic control software to develop automated blast path and motion control programs. The outcome is an automation suite that provides the rig operator with rapid, accurate and efficient control of the rig, even when there is zero visibility within the tank.
