ActuJet offers a superior solution for clearing lines by utilising a high pressure multi-directional waterjetting system. This unique method clears away scale, grime and deposits within the tapping point or impulse line and cleans internals including isolation valve, sensors and take-off points back to bare metal. Critically, ActuJet blasts away deposits that surround the tapping point entry hole to the main process pipeline which are unable to be cleaned by other systems.

Using an innovative pressure manifold, Actujet utilises the same high pressure water used in the jetting system to power the actuation cylinder motion. This avoids the use of pressurised air in the system to ensure that air cannot be injected into the process pipeline in the event of a seal failure. With a full set of isolation valves, Actujet will also automatically prevent water entering the process pipeline after cleaning is completed.

The jetting system has been optimised to minimise water consumption and only uses approximately 2 to 5L of water per cleaning cycle (depending on the programmed cycle). This ensures that the process solution remains as undiluted as possible. With a programmable controller, operators can optimise the cleaning intervals as required with total control over the actuations intervals.
